Sandra Dupont is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in supporting teens and their parents. She helps teens approach the challenges of adolescence with confidence and competence. She also helps parents understand issues facing teens today and how to support their children in successfully navigating the teen years.
Sandra Dupont MA, MS, MFT earned her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Child Specialization Studies, from Antioch University in Los Angeles. She has advanced training in adolescent psychology and mental development, and 10+ years experience as a practicing counselor for families with teens.
In her debut book, “What Would Your Teen Life Coach Say? A Survival Guide for Girls Entering High School”, Los Angeles teen therapist Sandra Dupont presents fictional teens with real-life situations; like learning how to deal with physical changes, mood swings, and mean girls, how to talk to parents, siblings, boyfriends and girlfriends, how to set goals and define boundaries, and above all, how to be true to one’s self.
