- Knowing who you are and what you feel.
- Standing strong in what is true for you.

PRACTICE SOCIAL SKILLS
This is a wonderful setting for “shy” teens to gain greater confidence and practice their social skills. Members will be encouraged to explore their thoughts and feelings, and communicate them more directly.
PARTICIPATION IS VOLUNTARY
No one is forced to participate in group discussions, however, everyone will be invited. Active participation in the group discussions will allow the participants to learn from each other, as well as discover that they are not alone in their feelings.
CREATING A SAFE SPACE FOR TEENS
Groups will be limited to 8 members. The main ground rule is that everything discussed in group is to be held in confidence, so as to create a safe space. Your teen is welcome to come try out a session to see if it is a fit.
